Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you for your order, We would like to clarify our sales and return policy:

1. Order Confirmation:
A deposit of 200 EGP is required from the total order amount.

2. No Opening or Testing Upon Delivery 

All products are for personal use only. Therefore, opening or trying them upon delivery is not permitted.

3. Scents & Ingredients 

Please inquire thoroughly about the scent and ingredients before confirming your order, as exchanges or returns are not allowed after delivery.

4. Order Issues 

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us immediately after receiving it. Our customer service team will assist you right away.

Note: Keep the white invoice paper intact on the packaging box to be eligible for an exchange.

5. Missed Delivery 

If the order is not received after confirmation, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

6. No Return Policy 

We do not accept returns. If you wish to cancel your order, kindly refuse the shipment upon delivery. Once accepted, the order is final and non-returnable.

7. Re-shipping Fees 

If your order is returned to us for any reason, the customer will bear the full cost of re-shipping.

8. Delivery Timeline & Tracking 

Delivery takes from 3 to 15 business days (excluding Fridays).

You’ll receive an SMS or WhatsApp message from Bosta with a tracking link that shows all steps of your shipment in detail.

Note:
Bosta makes only 3 delivery attempts. After that, the order will be returned to the factory.
