We would like to clarify our sales and return policy:
1. Opening or trying the products upon receipt is prohibited, as all products are intended for personal use only.
2. If there is an error with your order, please contact us directly after receipt to resolve the issue with customer service.
3. In case of non-receipt, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
4. Returns or exchanges are not allowed. If you wish to do so, it is advisable not to accept the order from the courier, as acceptance will prevent any possibility of exchange or return.
5. If the order is returned to the manufacturer, the customer will bear the new shipping costs for re-shipping.
6. Delivery is typically completed within 2 to 10 business days, excluding Fridays, which are holidays. You will receive a message on your phone containing a link with detailed information on how to receive your shipment. This will allow you to track all the steps easily.
